Bowling Pin Match is
Four classes
1 - Revolver Class
(no reload, six shots to hit pins, 1 stopper
plate)
2 - Semi-Auto Class
(no reload, eight shots to hit six pins, 1 stopper
plate).
3 - 22 Auto Only Class
(no reloads, ten shots to hit seven pins, stopper
plate)
and yes a 22 pistol will clean the pins off the table.
4 - Combat Class
(2 six round mags to hit seven pins, 1 stopper plate)
$5 entry fee each class (includes three practice runs).
Cash prize to winners (one money every 4 shooters each class).
Enter as many classes as you want. No limit.
Format subject to change.
Payout is optional depending on number of shooters.

HUNTER'S
EDUCATION
COURSE

ANNUAL -LAST WEEKEND OF AUGUST
(Aug 30 & 31, 2008)-
OPEN TO PUBLIC & FREE!
2 day class, 10am to 6pm Saturday & Sunday.
Completion of a hunter education course is
required for all first-time hunting license buyers in Ohio. Forty-nine
states and all of the Canadian Provinces require hunter education; Ohio's
hunter education course is accepted all across North America. The class is
free and open to all ages.

CAMP-OUT |

12, 2008
- Members and their families
may camp-out for 2 days this year! If you can't stay over night
you're welcome to come hang out, eat, fish or just enjoy the company. We'll
have a community campfire for cooking, food is potluck so bring something to
share (we'll post a list of who's bringing what soon). Tents only - small
campers allowed if it's a medical necessity. Club will provide paper
plates, napkins, plastic utensils, coffee & water. INFO

family, everyone is welcome to participate!
Instructor supervised HANDS ON shooting activities & demonstrations, will include
Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Hand Gun, Archery, Canine Retrievers, Canine Drug
search and more. Pre-Registration is
highly suggested
(and would really help us to have enough food and supplies for everyone!) but not required. Waivers must be signed to
participate, kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Behind the pond. approximately
100 FT X 400 FT section is being cleared through the middle of
the trees. The trees on either side of the range will provide a sound
/ wind buffer. Plans include a permanent covered shooting area on concrete
pad with 10 - 12
benches, bunkers at 50', 100', 200', 300' & 400' - staggered so that
multiple shooters may shoot any distance at the same time.
WE MAY HAVE A DOZER! This has been the biggest hold up to continue work on
the range. |
