The Club receives a small portion of all NRA memberships &
renewals sold. $35 – 1 yr $60 – 2 yr $85 – 3 yr $15 – Jr

Any citizen of the United States, 18 years of age or older, may become a
Member of The Meeker Sportsman Club, Inc. on vote of the Executive Committee,
subscribing to the following Pledge and on payment of Membership dues.

THE MEEKER SPORTSMAN CLUB PLEDGE |
 |
I certify that I am a citizen of
good repute of the United States of America; that I am not a member of
any organization or group having as its purpose or one of its purposes
the overthrow by force and violence of the Government of the United
States or any of its political subdivisions; that I have never been
convicted of a crime of violence; and that, if admitted to Membership,
I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good
citizenship. |

Club members will also subscribe to the MEEKER SPORTSMAN CLUB CODE OF
ETHICS as follows |
|
| I
will consider myself an invited guest of any landowner, seeking his
permission to enter upon his premises, and so conducting myself that I
may be welcome in the future |
| I
will obey the rules of safe gun handling and will courteously, but
firmly, insist that others who hunt with me do the same. |
| I
will obey all hunting rules and regulation and will insist that my
companions do likewise. |
| I
will do my best to acquire those marksmanship and hunting skills which
assure clean, sportsmanlike skills. |
| I
will support conservation efforts which can assure good hunting for
future generations of Americans. |
| I
will pass along to younger hunters the attitudes and skills essential
to a true outdoor sportsman. |

Payment must be submitted with application. Membership
Applications are reviewed and voted on at the monthly Club Business
Meeting. Membership Cards should be mailed during the week following the
meeting. |
Payment and submission of application entitles applicant to temporary 30
day membership. If for any reason and application is denied, the
membership fee will be immediately refunded. Should you not receive a
membership card within 30 days of submitting your application please
call the Memberships Office to verify we received your application and
payment.
