Provide opportunities for Club Members to
engage in community activities.
Promote hunter safety.
Encourage the practice of good
sportsmanship and compliance with local, state and federal game laws.
To support wildlife conservation programs
and assist wildlife management programs.
To strengthen landowner-hunter cooperation
and understanding.
To increase the knowledge and practice of
hunting skills, marksmanship and other outdoor recreation skills that are
in harmony with the sport of hunting.
To cooperate with other organizations which
share the the objectives stated here.
I certify that I am a citizen of
good repute of the United States of America; that I am not a member of
any organization or group having as its purpose or one of its purposes
the overthrow by force and violence of the Government of the United
States or any of its political subdivisions; that I have never been
convicted of a crime of violence; and that, if admitted to Membership,
I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good
citizenship.
I
will consider myself an invited guest of any landowner, seeking his
permission to enter upon his premises, and so conducting myself that I
may be welcome in the future
I
will obey the rules of safe gun handling and will courteously, but
firmly, insist that others who hunt with me do the same.
I
will obey all hunting rules and regulation and will insist that my
companions do likewise.
I
will do my best to acquire those marksmanship and hunting skills which
assure clean, sportsmanlike skills.
I
will support conservation efforts which can assure good hunting for
future generations of Americans.
I
will pass along to younger hunters the attitudes and skills essential
to a true outdoor sportsman.
